5% Benzoyl Peroxide
Purpose Active medication
Use Skin cleanser for the treatment of Acne

DIRECTIONS:

Wash your hands and wet your face with lukewarm water.
Apply Acne Ban to your hands, lather, and leave on for about 3-5 minutes. Then wash in an
upwards and outwards pattern for 60 seconds.
Rinse well with lukewarm water.
Use as directed by the physician.

WARNINGS:

For external use only.
Do not use on an open injury or wound skin.
Stop use and ask a doctor if excessive dryness, irritation or sensitivity develops.
Keep out of the reach of children.
When using this product, daily application of sunscreen (SPF 30+ or above) is recommended.
Avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove.
